Online registration:
The attendant may complete the registration form at our web site until one week before the event. After this date, registration will be only received at the Congress desk.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received until 30 days before the beginning of the Symposium, will be refunded previous 30% discount of the total amount. The transfer expense shall also be discounted from the registration fee. Refunds will be processed after the Symposium.

Transaction details / Transaction code (payment of services: Seventh International Poplar Symposium registration fee

All participants will receive an invoice for their payments according to the information provided in the Registration form once the payment has been credited to our account (usually between 48 and 72 h).

VISA cards

Please contact ipsfunfauba@agro.uba.ar and give them your name and the number of the credit card. It is not necessary to send either the security code or the expiration date of your card. The University will make the corresponding debits to the registration fee between the 14th and the 24th of each month. At the end of this period, we will send a notification to all the participants who have been debited the amount of the registration fee and a copy of the invoice. In your mail please indicate if you pay only the registration fee or the registration fee + Patagonia field trip and the information for the invoice.
