The criteria for submitting, as well as a sample abstract, are provided for your review. Please use these as guidelines for creating your own abstract and ensuring a smooth submission process and do not submit an abstract unless you are committed to attending the conference. Cancellations negatively impact the overall quality of the conference program. If you have to cancel your participation, please find a colleague to give your presentation on your behalf. If it is no possible please notify us as soon as possible to give us the possibility of making the corresponding changes in the schedule.

Keep in mind the following guidelines when making and submitting your contribution.
1. All abstracts must be submitted to ips7ba@gmail.com, until June 30, 2018. The presenting authors (oral or poster presentations) are required to register by the ‘early bird’ registration deadline (July 31, 2018) those not registered by then will not be included in the program.
2. English is the official language of the meeting therefore abstracts must be prepared in English only.
3. A maximum of two abstracts will be allowed per registered participant, although he/she may be listed as a co-author on any number of submitted abstracts.
4. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee which will consider the acceptance or rejection of the work.
5. The Scientific Committee and reviewers will NOT edit abstracts for typing, spelling or grammatical errors. So, please check carefully all text for errors before submitting your work.
6. Notification for abstract acceptance will be sent by July 15, 2018.
7. Approved abstracts will be provided in the IPS VII Proceedings and listed in the Congress Program. Proceedings will be available online (with an ISBN number).
